1. Boiling: It is recommended to use a health pot. Take 15–20g of Sanghwang, add 1.5–2L of water, and boil for 45–50 minutes.2. Reuse: Can be re-boiled 3–4 times until the flavor fades. Drink as your daily water.3. For Cold Constitutions: Add 2 red dates or ginger slices while boiling to neutralize its properties.4. Dosage: Recommended daily intake of 1L. Can be consumed at any time, but drinking on an empty stomach in the morning yields the best results.
