Consumption Method
1. Boiling: It is recommended to use a health pot. Take 15–20g of Sanghwang, add 1.5–2L of water, and boil for 45–50 minutes.

3. For Cold Constitutions: Add 2 red dates or ginger slices while boiling to neutralize its properties.
